My Jackmanii Clematis went crazy this year and spread over 8 feet long and about 12 feet high.

The Coral Bells that grew in my Grandparents former home for as long as I can remember now grow in my little flower bed. My Papa Wilt dug these up for us to plant at our new house just a few weeks before he died. These are very special to me.
Okay, these hydrangeas did not actually bloom in my garden. Meijer did that work for me but we didn't kill them when we planted them and they are looking great. I was determined to have blooming hydrangea in my garden this year as my 2 others I had planted are being stubborn. Well... much to my surprise and about $60 worth of purchased petals later, what did I spy on one of my former Mother's Day presents but a small, rather pitiful yet glorious gathering of buds. You may have heard me squeal with delight as far away as Troy. Once it blooms you can bet I'll be posting pictures! I can't even remember what color it is supposed to be!
